Our work "Recent Advances of Power-Enhanced Photoacoustic Spectroscopy for Gas Sensing" is picked as the outstanding paper by 中国激光.

Kinpang, Liuhao and Junjun present their research in combustion diagnostics and chemical kinetics in 2018 Chinese National Symposium on Combustion, Sep. 13-16, Harbin, China.

Prof. Ren delivered an invited talk on "laser absorption diagnostics for combustion research" at State Key Laboratory of High Temperature Gas Dynamics, Institute of Mechanics, Chinese Academy of Sciences.

Wei Ren and Liuhao Ma attend the 37th International Symposium on Combustion in Dublin, Ireland. Liuhao gives an oral presentation on laser dispersion spectroscopy for flame measurements.

Prof. Ren has been appointed the Co-Editor of Springer journal Applied Physics B: Lasers & Optics since July 2018.

Junjun Wu attends the 18th National Meeting on Shock Wave and Shock Tube, Beijing, China, and receives the best paper award. Congratulations!

The Ren group enjoys the traditional Hong Kong food stall with our visiting student Tobias, who will start his PhD study at the University of Hanover, Germany, in July 2018.
